By golly it works!May 07, 2010 I removed the backing, and pressed it to a half-heartedly cleaned portion of my truck's tailgate. It stuck there and looks all shiny and fishy. I can say without fear of deceiving you that it looks like the picture and the adhesive works fine.
On the other hand, you may want to buy a four-pack (depending on where you live) so you can replace them when offended religious people pull it off your car. :)

Pirates and ClimateApr 15, 2009 If this emblem fails to stay on your vehicle, it is merely a testament as to the OBVIOUS link between pirates and the climate. You should consider yourself PERSONALLY touched by his noodly appendage if such a blessing may fall upon you (or the ground in some random place, as it would literally be)!
Me? In the middle sits the giant Toyota emblem adorned on my car. On the right of it, an emblem of the noodly greatness Himself. On the left of it, ye jolly pirate fish. As it has been for months, so shall it be until...
In other words, this thing looks awesome on my car. The big-a$$ Toyota emblem on my car actually serves a purpose now by helping to draw attention to my FSM emblems. I've had absolutely no issues with these coming off of my car. They've been through the elements and through Auto Bell manys the time, so... Get it! You'll be glad you did (and so will his noodly goodness; which - let's face it - is all that truly matters here)!

I love my Pirate Fish!Oct 27, 2008 I've had my Pirate Fish on my car for a year now, and he's survived just fine. He's not quite as shiny as when new, but that's to be expected. I used only the adhesive squares that come on the back of the emblem and have had no problems with it peeling off.
I have to say, though, my devout Christian friends are curious about it...but that may be because it holds a place on the back of my car across from my Darwin Fish. Time for me to buy another one, though, because my sister wants one so badly that she's about to rip mine off the back of my car and glue it onto hers.

My car is the envy of all othersAug 27, 2008 My car is big, black, shiny and powerful.
But until I got the Pirate Fish emblem, other cars didn't care. Now they all think my car is the coolest thing on the road. And I can show my support of all things FSM-ish and proclaim my Pastafarianism for the world to see.

Pastafarian paraphenelia!Dec 26, 2007 This is a subtle way to give your fellow FSM'ism-ists a nod on the road.
If you don't know who the Flying Spaghetti Monster is, maybe this emblem isn't the kind of statement you want to make--you just might upset your church friends :)
